The LOKSAK aLOKSAK 12 × 48-inch bag provides lightweight, transparent and resealable protection for equipment that will not fit inside an ordinary waterproof pouch. Each retail pack contains two extra-long aLOKSAK bags.
The patented press closure creates an airtight and waterproof seal when it is closed correctly. The bag is certified waterproof to 200 feet/60 metres and is manufactured in the USA from tough, BPA-free, medical-grade film.

How to seal and test your aLOKSAK
- Inspect the bag and closure for punctures, separation or signs of wear.
- Place the clean, dry equipment inside without forcing sharp edges against the film.
- Align the closure tracks carefully.
- Press the closure together smoothly from one end to the other.
- Check that the complete seal feels smooth and has no folds, wrinkles or kinks.
- Before relying on the bag, trap a small amount of air inside and seal it.
- Submerge the bag in water and press it gently.
- A steady stream of bubbles indicates an incomplete seal or damaged bag. Reseal and test it again.
- Do not use the bag if it continues to leak.
Firearms and metal equipment
The aLOKSAK provides protection from environmental exposure, but it is not padded, lockable, cut-resistant or impact-resistant. It does not replace a secure gun slip, hard case, locking device or any firearm storage and transport measures required by UK law.
For long-term storage of firearms, tools and other ferrous metal equipment, LOKSAK recommends using a suitable VCI corrosion inhibitor inside the bag. No VCI chip or corrosion inhibitor is included. Equipment should be clean and completely dry before storage.
Care and replacement
- Test the seal before trusting the bag with valuable or sensitive equipment.
- Avoid sharp edges, rough handling, caustic chemicals and excessive heat.
- Do not leave the bag where heat can build up, such as inside a closed vehicle in direct sunlight.
- Inspect the film and closure before every important use.
- Replace the bag if it is punctured or if the closure splits, separates or no longer seals firmly.
- The bag is reusable but has a finite service life.

No. This is an element-proof aLOKSAK, not an odour-barrier OPSAK. Choose an appropriate LOKSAK OPSAK product when odour containment is specifically required.
