Shipments and returns

Your order shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via a suitable carrier or service.  We generally use Royal Mail and UPS for shipping to UK addresses.  Age restricted products may be sent with an alternative carrier.  International orders are shipped according to the best service serving your location.  

If there are multiple options available - including faster services or those which will provide recorded (signature required) delivery - you will be prompted during checkout.

International customers who require tracking numbers and signed for services should contact us for shipping options and rates, if the service that is required does not show.

We will always do our best to ensire that your order is packed to keep it in good condition whilst in transit.  Any problems relating to damage caused in transit must be notified to us within 24 hours of the delivery taking place.

We obtain proof of postage for all orders shipped and are limited to the compensation rate offered through the service that the customer chooses for delivery.

Returns

We accept returns, up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  This period is extended during 1st November to end Jan.
