The Petromax GF1 Ring Cake Pan brings proper oven-style baking to the outdoor kitchen. Its classic central chimney forms traditional ring or Bundt-style cakes while helping heat reach the centre of the mixture for more even baking.
Use it for moist cakes, sweet or savoury bread, casseroles and other baked dishes. The GF1 can be placed in a domestic oven, suspended over a fire using its notched bail handle, or heated with charcoal or briquettes.

Campfire and oven use

At home, place the GF1 in a suitably sized domestic oven. Always check that your oven shelf can safely accommodate the pan’s dimensions and weight.

Cast-iron care
- Allow the pan and lid to cool before cleaning.
- Clean using warm water and a suitable brush or cast-iron scraper.
- Do not place the GF1 in a dishwasher or leave it soaking in water.
- Dry every surface thoroughly after cleaning.
- Apply a thin layer of Petromax Care Conditioner before storage to help maintain the seasoned surface and protect against corrosion.
